How much Time Tracking costs

Time Tracking starts with a free 2-month trial, no credit card required. After that, the individual subscription is €5.40 incl. VAT per month from the website, and €5.99 incl. VAT per month from the App Store or Google Play. For a team, it is €4.50 excl. VAT per seat per month. Cancel any time.

Why two prices for the same individual subscription

Apple and Google take a commission on every subscription bought inside their store. Rather than passing it on to everyone, we show both prices: €5.40 incl. VAT from the website, €5.99 incl. VAT from the App Store or Google Play. The app is the same and the account is the same; only the payment route changes.

A subscription bought from the website then works on the iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android apps at no extra cost.

Company mode, seat by seat

A company buys seats at €4.50 excl. VAT per seat per month, then assigns them to email addresses from the browser. Each holder gets full access at no cost of their own, and a released seat can be reassigned. VAT is added to the price shown: this is a business sale.

A holder’s personal projects stay their own and are never visible to the company.

Trial, commitment and cancellation

The trial lasts 2 months and asks for no credit card: there is nothing to cancel if you do not carry on, and no charge can be made. After that, the subscription is monthly, with no minimum term, and renews until canceled.

If you subscribe from the App Store or Google Play, the store may offer you a free period when you subscribe. It is separate from the trial: when it ends, the subscription becomes paid automatically, unless you stop it beforehand in your Apple or Google account settings. The store shows the length and the price before you confirm.

Cancellation follows the channel you subscribed through: your billing portal for a subscription taken on the website, your Apple or Google account settings otherwise. Any price change is announced at least thirty days ahead and only applies to later renewals.

Billing questions

What happens at the end of the 2-month trial?

Nothing automatically. Since no card was ever registered, no charge can be made. Your data stays in place, and full access resumes as soon as you subscribe. The free period a store may offer when you subscribe from the App Store or Google Play is different: it rolls into a paid subscription automatically, unless you cancel before it ends in your Apple or Google account settings.

Can I switch payment channel?

Yes. Cancel the current subscription through the channel it was bought from, then subscribe through the other one. Your account and your data are untouched.

Are the prices shown with or without VAT?

Individual prices include VAT: €5.40 or €5.99 per month depending on the channel. The company price excludes VAT: €4.50 per seat per month, with VAT added on the invoice.

Is there an annual price or a volume discount?

No. There is one monthly price, the same for everyone, with no tiers, no negotiated discount and no minimum term.
